At the inflection point
We are at an inflection point.
In every project, every organization, every career, there’s a moment when the curve bends, when a single decision, insight, or action reshapes the path forward. Those moments rarely look dramatic in real time. But they’re where the future is made.
For me, that moment is now.
Why Now
I’ve spent years helping organizations use data to make better decisions and leading complex projects in advancement. I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: do more with less, react to change, hope the next tool or meeting will fix things.
It’s understandable. But it leaves little space for the two habits that truly build a sustainable future: curiosity and data.
Curiosity is the question that starts everything.
Data is the evidence that keeps us honest.
Together they aren’t luxuries; they’re everyday leadership practices.
What This Space Is For
This site is where I’ll explore how curiosity and data shape those turning points, how small experiments, better questions, and practical metrics help organizations and individuals stay future-ready without chasing every fad.
Expect to find:
- Stories and case studies from the trenches, what really worked when budgets, politics, and people collided.
 - Frameworks and checklists to help leaders build curiosity as a culture, not just an attitude.
 - Ideas and interviews from people building the next generation of data-informed organizations.

Whether you lead a corporate team, a nonprofit, or your own creative practice, every post will give you something you can test tomorrow.
The Bigger Vision
My goal is simple:
A professional world where curiosity and data are everyday leadership habits.
That might mean helping a board see new possibilities through better metrics, guiding a team to ask bolder questions, or sharing a framework that turns “interesting data” into action.
Big or small, every story here will point back to that vision.
Join Me at the Inflection Point
This is the first step in a larger journey. Over time I’ll publish essays, invite guest voices I admire, and share interviews about how different industries find and navigate their own inflection points. But it starts here, with a conversation.
I’d love for you to be part of it:
- Subscribe to get new posts by email (no spam, just ideas).
 - Comment or reply with your own experiences of inflection points and curiosity in action.
 - Share if something here sparks insight for your team or project.

Every great change begins with a question. Here’s mine for you:
What inflection point are you standing on right now?
Let’s explore the answers together.
