About this site

Curiosity powered. Data driven. Future ready.
I help leaders see the bend in the road before it becomes a break.
After years leading analytics, fundraising, and complex change in advancement, I grew tired of good intentions that didn’t lead to different outcomes. Teams were working harder, not smarter. Leaders wanted to “be innovative” but lacked the everyday habits to actually get there.
So I started this site.
What I believe
Curiosity is the question that starts everything.
Data is the evidence that keeps us honest.
When you practice both as daily habits, not one-off projects, you give teams the tools to find and act on the inflection points that shape their future.
What you’ll find here
This is a workshop for ideas that are useful and testable, not just inspiring. Expect three things from my writing:
- Stories from the trenches. Real projects, real constraints, real decisions—and what actually worked.
- Tiny experiments & practical tools. Small tests you can run this week to learn faster and risk less.
- Frameworks for leaders. How to build curiosity into meetings, metrics, incentives, and everyday workflows.
I write for people who want insight and application, whether you lead a corporate team, a nonprofit, or a creative project.
A little about me (the human stuff)
I’m a maker at heart who loves turning big ideas into something real and useful.
I like a bit of creative mess in the early stages and a clean, well-designed finish when it’s time to share.
You’ll see that in the bold colors and simple layouts I use here—and in the way I approach work: curious, practical, and ready to experiment until the data tells the story.
For me, curiosity paired with solid execution isn’t a buzzword—it’s how meaningful change happens.
